Iran is prepared to restart nuclear negotiations with Washington on condition that it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

The Iranian diplomat said only diplomacy worked, and shared new appeals had been made by go-betweens to restart negotiations with the American leadership. He said Iran did not have unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran was not yet able to authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect bombed nuclear sites for security reasons.

Navigating a Difficult Route
